FAQs
What desserts do you offer?
I offer a full range of items, from chocolates to entremets to macarons. To have a look please go to the desserts page and have a look at what is on offer.
I want my desserts to fit the theme of my party. Is this possible?
Absolutely! Being creative is one of my favourite things and I am so open to alter any designs, colour schemes or concepts to suit your event.
How do I get my goodies from you?
Pickup or delivery are both options. A delivery fee may be applicable depending on your location. Please contact me to discuss any delivery details, including to venues or direct to your home.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
This entirely depends on the dessert in question. Some are able to be made to cater for dietary requirements, such as vegetarian or vegan, however some recipes do not have a suitable substitute and at this stage are not possible to adapt. Please contact me for more information regarding which dessert you are looking at and what the dietary requirements are.
I don’t see the kind of dessert or flavour I want on your website. Can you still help?
This depends on the dessert or flavour you are interested in. I am always seeking new adventures and am up for new challenges, but certain things may be out of my personal skill set or might be better off coming from another pâtissier or baker who are specialised in that particular area.
Please contact me to discuss details and I will endeavour to help meet your request, or to find you someone else who may be able to assist in doing so.
What about allergies?
Allergies are a bit different. I operate out of a home kitchen, and I use a variety of common allergens in both my professional and personal cooking. I am very particular with my cleaning protocols but even so as I commonly use most allergens I will never guarantee that any item I produce has not come into contact with one.
Due to this, if you have any kind of allergy, or any of your guests do, I always advise that my desserts may have come into contact with an allergen and to please consume at your own risk. Unfortunately it is just not possible for me to eliminate all risks of exposure and I would never want to put someone’s health or life at risk by saying something is allergen free.
